Truth Be ToldTrial Subscription 2012 Mass BookThe 2012 Mass Book is now available for booking Masses in the parish office. A total of 10 Masses may be booked. Of those 10 Masses only three may be scheduled for the Saturday 4:15PM Mass or any of the Sunday Masses. The suggested donation is $10 per Mass which is requested at the time the Mass is booked.

Prayer for a New Bishop
Good and Gracious God, by your providence you have given the
Church of Rockford good shepherds throughout its history.
As our Bishop Thomas retires, we ask that you give him peace and happiness
for all the good he has done in your name.
And we humbly plead that You, Heavenly Father, will send us a new shepherd,
a bishop who will continue the good work his predecessors have achieved.
Grant us a shepherd who will preach the Word joyfully, teach the faith fearlessly, celebrate the sacraments reverently, doing all in a spirit of love and compassion, for the unborn who have no voice, for the poor who are often forgotten, for the young who seek guidance, for the sick who need healing, for the aged who yearn for hope, and for all your faithful people who come together as one Body in Christ to profess one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one Church. Inspired by Mary Immaculate, our patron, we ask this through Christ our Lord, in the power of the Holy Spirit.
