TORCH / CRECHE Registration Forms

As a member of CRECHE, you are also a member of TORCH (Traditions of Roman Catholic Homes), a national Catholic homeschool support group.  Annual dues for CRECHE are $12 and dues for TORCH are also $12.  Any returning members who have not paid by September 1 will pay a $6 late fee. Payment and mailing information is on the CRECHE registration form.

You will be notified and given access to the CRECHE website and Yahoo! group as soon as your CRECHE registration AND TORCH registration are complete.  If you have any questions, please click here to contact us.

To register for CRECHE, you must fill out 3 forms: (1) the TORCH Release and Waiver Form, (2) the CRECHE Registration Form (either the Microsoft Word version OR the pdf version), as well as (3) the CRECHE Code of Conduct Form. All forms should be brought with you to registration or mailed to the CRECHE registrar at the address on the forms.

In addition, registration for CRECHE will not be complete until you have registered with TORCH. Click here to register with TORCH. If you are already a member, login to the TORCH site and click on the "Renew Now" button. If you are new to CRECHE, click on "Join Now" and follow the steps. You can pay TORCH via paypal or with a check. As soon as you've turned in your dues for CRECHE, the above three (3) forms and registered online with TORCH, our registrar will be notified and your registration will be processed.

CRECHE Reimbursement Request

If you need to be reimbursed by CRECHE for funds used at a CRECHE sponsored event, please click here to download the Reimbursement Request form. Submit completed forms to the treasurer.
