Field Trips

Please be advised that late RSVPs will not be accepted without prior verbal consent from the field trip coordinator.

It is very important that all families arrive on time for field trips. When one family is late it often delays the entire group! Lateness sometimes happens, so please put the coordinators cell phone numbers into your phone and call if you are going to be late.

It is also very important that you call the coordinator if you are no longer able to attend a trip so we are not waiting for you unnecessarily. Cell phone numbers can be found on the evite or in the member directory.

Thank you for your consideration!

You can bring your older children to the younger session or bring your younger children to the older session if that is more convenient. I would recommend that you make arrangements with another family to kid swap. One mom can take the younger kids to the first session and the other take the older kids. Look for arrangement options on the evite. The Aurora Public Library, Eola Branch is nearby if you would like to stay there while some of your kids visit the planetarium. Please arrange for your own children’s supervision wherever they are going to be.
